Lots of rain!
We left Lake Tinaroo early morning hoping for some sun shine so we could do a sky walk through the trees. The rain wouldn't let up so we passed that park and went on to a park called Paronella Park and camped for the night. Here's the link to there site   http://www.paronellapark.com.au/
We did a tour through the park in the rain and I found it very boring! There was one highlight, we saw some guy propose to his girlfriend in the rain in the garden. How romantic!!! I didn't get any pictures because I didn't want to get out my camera in the rain. It rained on and off all day and we had to stay under the tent the rest of the day. It is the rainy season here in the mountains so we had to make a decision whether to stay in the rainy mountains and camp or go back the coast area where there's sun and a nice tropical breeze!
This morning we arrived at the town of Kurrimine Beach. We are at a caravan park close to the ocean with a great pool. The sun is shinning the birds are singing and there's a nice breeze coming off the ocean and all our stuff is starting to dry out. So as we drove all that way through the mountains we saw lot of sugar cane, tea and lots of bananas.
